This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Convert Me Pls (the "Service"), including the website and the API. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Convert Me Pls is for converting files you own or have the right to process — images, video and audio — for personal or commercial purposes.

You may not use the Service to upload, convert, store or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which we report to the relevant authorities;
• contains malware, or is used to build or distribute malware;
• harasses, defames or violates the privacy or rights of others.

You also may not:

• attempt to overwhelm, probe, or circumvent the Service, its rate limits or its bot protection;
• use automated means to abuse the free tier, or resell the Service as your own without a written agreement;
• attempt to access files or accounts that are not yours.

#Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle or revoke API access, and suspend use that violates this policy, with or without notice. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
