DMCA & Takedown
Convert Me Pls respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid takedown notices.
This document is a plain-language template and not legal advice.
Important context
Convert Me Pls is a transient file converter. We do not host a library of user content — uploaded files and their converted outputs are deleted automatically a short time after processing. In most cases the content you are concerned about no longer exists on our systems by the time you read this.
Submitting a notice
If you believe content was processed through the Service in a way that infringes your copyright, send a notice with:
- Your contact information (name, email, address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The specific URL or job reference involved, if available.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to our designated contact (listed on the site). We may forward valid notices to the relevant user where applicable.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information and a statement consenting to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We may revoke API access and bar repeat infringers from the Service.
